This is a special fan art dedicated to the lovely cosplayer that goes by the name of Vegas PG. She is to me THE Power Girl; no one can top her. In addition, Vegas is beautiful, friendly, lovely and recently quiet as she's taking a hiatus from cosplay. Let's hope she comes out of hiding real soon.
